The Paper Fluffer loosens, aerates, and meters compacted paper and OCC so downstream systems run cleaner and faster. A rugged rotor with wear-resistant fingers opens dense lumps without shredding quality fibers, while the adjustable gate and VFD keep discharge smooth and consistent to conveyors, screens, balers, or pulpers. Integrated dust ports and optional metal/contaminant traps help maintain hygiene and protect equipment. Built on a heavy-duty frame with easy access panels, the fluffer reduces jams, stabilizes line load, improves sorting accuracy, and shortens pulper wet-out times—delivering higher throughput with lower energy per ton and less operator intervention.
